Customer Quality Management

global commitment to quality. Our Customer Quality Management system involves all our production sites, ensuring high standards at every stage of the process. We are always ready to listen to our customers’ needs and find customized solutions for each of their problems.

Quality management reviews are conducted at planned intervals to ensure the continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of Quality Management Systems.

The Quality Manual outlines the basic requirements for implementing, maintaining, and improving our Quality Management Systems at all levels of our organization. Implementing the Quality Manual ensures our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements

For the management of all quality documents, we use the electronic system ManGo (based on CARA). In addition to serving as an archive for all GxP documents, ManGo also allows for complete management of the entire document lifecycle, such as draft, approved, in force, and obsolete. For all documents, the history of different versions is available, and real-time notifications are sent in case of periodic review and other activities. Data integrity is fundamental to our Quality Management System to ensure that released products are of the required quality. Data integrity is considered a 'best practice' and is applied to all aspects of the business.
