Eisho Sports Center was a leading gym in Rome for Judo, Dance, and Gymnastics. I worked for many years in this Sports Center as a Project Manager, a very beautiful and exciting experience in which I learned a lot and also gave my contribution. In my 12 years as a PM, I led a team of 10 people, professionals in their fields, organized digital and non-digital advertising campaigns, created the website and oversaw its innovations and restyling. I organized events, trips, and developed the brand so much so that the center became famous, especially in the Italian Judo sector. I am very attached to this company, and it is a pity that the subsequent owners decided to change the name and not continue the plan that I created which developed an excellent viralization of the sports center.
